The Cockpit Overview includes:
- Governance — the Production State strip (active run, stage, approval gates, spend), the append-only Decision Log, and the Cost Ledger with observe / warn / cap modes
- Production Gap Report — missing prompts, frames, audio, takes, invalid BONE fields, orphaned media, and per-run quality-gate audits, as collapsible cards
- Scene-Level Default Blueprint
- Pipeline Outputs — render output protocol, export packages, safety metadata, prompt manifests
- Story file & export controls, source folders, and status progress
