Outputs follow a deterministic formula:
projects/{slug}/renders/{images|video|audio|failures}/{shot_id}.{bone_id}.{ext}
"Refresh Outputs" scans these folders and attaches results back to Genlock by matching shot_id. The prompt that produced each asset is stored with it (AssetPrompt / take prompt).
