Fresh installs seed a production-grade showcase workspace, The Last Frequency, into projects/welcome-story/ — so you inspect a real story instead of starting from an empty shell.
It includes:
- 2 acts, 4 scenes, 12 shots with mixed shot statuses, cinematography fields, structured dialogue, and prompt metadata.
- Seeded Studio entities — Maya Rao, The Signal, tower/control/server locations, and a Signal Core environment.
- Working BONEs — first-party filmmaking contracts (
character-reference-sheet,storyboard-grid-9,seedance-2) and Higgsfield BONEs (higgsfield-image,higgsfield-video,higgsfield-virality). - Valid
video-map.jsonandaudio-map.json, render folders, and an_inbox/for Quick Ingest. assets/documents/production-menu.mdandsample-ingest-sidecar.jsonso you (and your agents) can see how the production-menu and ingest workflows are supposed to work.
The install is idempotent: if you've edited the welcome story, updates never overwrite it.
