BONE inheritance

Field values resolve through a chain:

1. bone_registry defaults
2. metadata.bones (project)
3. scene.bones
4. shot.bones

The Shot Editor shows a source badge per field (shot / scene / project / default) and a reset-to-inherited action, so you always know where a value came from.
