Every generated instruction file teaches agents to answer one prompt first:
Give me the Genlock production menuThe agent responds with a grounded menu of what it can actually do in your workspace right now — active project, installed BONEs and their readiness, available providers, capability health, and the concrete production actions it can take (structure edits, prompt assembly, generation, ingest, status updates).
Because the menu is derived from real workspace state (the capability matrix, BONE requires[], and installed packs), it never advertises abilities the machine doesn't have. The showcase project includes assets/documents/production-menu.md as a worked example.
