Script → Structure → Shots → Screen.
Genlock orchestrates every step. You own every file, and no step requires Genlock's servers.
Script
Import a .fountain screenplay or write directly. Genlock parses chapters, scenes, shots, dialogue and action.
SKEL structure
Your story becomes acts → scenes → shots in open .SKEL YAML, with v_setup camera tokens and a bone registry.
Shots + BONEs
Design each shot in the Shot Editor; attach BONEs that turn camera tokens and intent into a generator-ready prompt.
Generate (any provider)
Send to Higgsfield, OpenAI Codex, or copy the assembled prompt to any external generator. Jobs run non-blocking.
Review queue
Every result lands in the Generations Queue — preview, approve or discard, with a live CLI log tail.
Approve frame
Assign an approved image as a start frame, end frame, or asset. The prompt is kept with every asset.
Video from frame
Drive a video bone from an approved frame. Frame chaining carries continuity across cuts.
Timeline & export
Cut on the dual-monitor NLE, add audio, then export a full production handoff bundle.
